Course Overview
This course covers issues and dangers associated with excess noise in the workplace and
other environments. We do not run this course as an open course, but please contact us if you
wish us to run this training.


Who is the course for?
Any employees who work in a noisy environment, or anyone in control of health and safety
measures in the workplace.


Course content includes:

  • What is noise?
  • Legislation
  • Affects of excess noise and health considerations
  • Acceptable noise levels
  • Employers' and Employees' responsibilities
  • Sources of noise
  • PPE

Completion of the course:
Candidates will take a short written test, and receive a course handout summarizing the topics
covered. Successful candidates will receive a training certificate and photo ID card
