IPAF MEWPS for Managers e-learning Training Course

Course Overview
This course is essential for anyone involved with planning and overseeing operations
involving Access Platforms (MEWPS). It is not an operational qualification but it gives
delegates the knowledge required to manage operators using these machines.

This e-learning version of the course is completed via an online module.

Who is the course for?
Anyone who is responsible for planning and overseeing the use of MEWPS in connection
with their work. Examples would be employers, project managers, foremen and supervisors
working in a broad range of industries, such as construction, facilities management, retail,
airports and arboriculture.

• Structural parts and MEWP selection
• Operator training and familiarisation requirements
• Operator daily inspection requirements
• MEWP personal fall protection

Completion of the course:
Delegates will take an online test. Successful delegates will receive the IPAF MEWPS for
managers qualification and a digital certificate, this will also be available in the ePAL app.
