Course Overview The Site Manager's Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course is the most
recognised training course for site managers in the UK. It is accredited by CITB,
and covers all aspects of health and safety on site. This course is aimed at
Individuals responsible for planning, organising, monitoring controlling and
administering a work force on site. Attendees will typically be a mixture of site
managers, trainee site managers and any other senior staff responsible for
health & safety on site
Course Structure Progression – For those working within the Construction Site/Operations or
Directors Management role where a black CSCS managers card may be required,

Course Duration 5 day course applies to first time attendees, or expired previous SMSTS certification out
of the 5 year period.
